How we handle your information
This page is maintained by TUNED MVMNT to answer common questions about privacy, security and the data we collect through this website. It describes the controls currently in place. It is editable project content, not an independent certification.
What we collect
When you join the pre-sale list we store your name and email address so we can let you know when the deck is available. When you place an order we collect the shipping address and order details required to fulfil it. Payment information is handled by Stripe and never reaches our servers.
How your data is stored
Customer data lives in a managed Postgres database with row-level security enabled. Direct read access to signup and order tables is restricted to backend processes. Personal information is not exposed to other signed-in users of the site.
Transactional emails, including ebook delivery and order confirmations, are sent from notify.tunedmvmnt.com. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribes are honoured automatically.
Cookies and analytics
We use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tags to understand how visitors find the site and to run retargeting. Tags load only after you accept on the cookie banner. You can decline, or change your choice at any time by clearing site data.
Subprocessors
We rely on Stripe for payments, Supabase for database and authentication, Resend for transactional email, and Meta and Google for analytics and advertising. Each of these handles data under their own terms.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach out to the contact below and we will respond.
